Creativity:
While Creating this project I was fully committed, I only wanted to turn in my best work. For example to how I went beyond " just what the teacher asked of me" was I continued to
add things to my poster to make it more like myself and not something anyone
else could just do. Creating this poster an old technique I used included was
drawing fun lines to create a nice pattern difference, a New
technique I used is
the Golden Ratio, I did this so you would see the most
important things and so
it would be appealing to the eyes! I related to
this project because I have done
many similar projects.
Craftsmanship:
Once
i fully understood I developed my project so people would want to look at it and
try and figure out how i did it. My preplanning process was just throw some
creativy ideas on the paper and put them all together in a appealing fashion.
The process i used to make my art was get everything on and then make sure
everything was finished and designed in a creative fashion. During the art
making process some issues i came in contact with were matching colors and
making everything straight. I solved these issues by making sure i kept the
colors i used the day before and used a ruler.
Concept:
The fact that I could design it in
anyway i wanted appealed to me. I disliked that i had to write alot of stuff
into my art. Whats not apparent is i used alot of different shapes, colors,
sizes, fonts, and lines because I have alot of thing going on but thhey all
blend together in a very beautiful way.
Composition:
The
elements and principles i used in the composition of my art include; balance,
pattern unity, rhythm, and movement for principles. For elements I included;
line, color, space, and shape. When I look at my art work I would say its a
personal statement. The most dominant principle in my art work is pattern
unity, this effect the composition by many different things working in a good
way. The medium i used is drawing.
Completness:
I didnt change my art work, I kept
it as it was because "I" liked it i didnt questin it becuase I liked it enough
to keep it the same. I dont reall focus on the elements and principles as I'm
working on the art i just go with the flow. I knew when i was finished becuase i
had no more white space and i had fully covered and designed my
poster.
I am very Proud of my artwork, I am proud because i
created it myself with no help, and also because I designed, and went through
with my plan and created a fun, creative peice of art!
